About Anitra

Anitra is a freelance commercial lifestyle photographer based in Melbourne, Australia.

With a career in commercial photography spanning nearly two decades that has seen her work in some of Melbournes busiest advertising studios as both a photographer and stylist, Anitra now works from her weatherboard studio at her home in the outer suburbs of Melbourne but travels all over on assignment.

I am drawn to making the mundane beautiful; elevating the ordinary by utilising light. I love that I can bring the personality of the brand or place to life and turn an idea into a visual story; to capture the moments in between that may otherwise go un-noticed.
